As members of both NORMLS (Northern Ohio Regional MLS) and CRIS (Centralized Real Estate Information System), DRS is able to offer placement on one or both of these MLS databases.  Why is being on the MLS an important advertising tool?  - Because it provides your home advertising information to the thousands of agents (in more than 33 Ohio counties) who are searching for properties for their prospective buyers!  It also allows your home information to be uploaded to Realtor.com, a nationally recognized public search portal for real estate.
 
Our company is able to offer a broad menu of services ranging from flat fee MLS listing all the way up to full service.  Below are some options that we hope will be right for you and will move you closer to reaching your goal of selling your property. 

FLAT FEE FOR SERVICE MLS LISTING PROGRAM  -  FROM AS LOW AS $250

Flat Fee MLS Package: For a one-time flat fee of $250 (plus a Broker’s fee of 2–3 %, if applicable), this program offers:

• a six (6) month listing on your local MLS (with up to six photos)
• a corrugated, weather-resistant front yard sign
• a standard ad (including one front photo) on Realtor.com
• all preliminary forms and disclosure documents for the state of Ohio

Premium Flat Fee MLS Package: For a one-time flat fee of $350 (plus a Broker’s fee of 2–3 %, if applicable), this program offers:

• all preliminary selling forms for the purchase of your home
• a Comparative Market Analysis / Neighborhood Profile
• a six (6) month listing on your local MLS (with up to six photos)
• a corrugated, weather-resistant front yard sign
• a standard ad (including one front photo) on Realtor.com
• all preliminary forms and disclosure documents for the state of Ohio

Full Service Listing: Full service listings available for as low as 3.5% of the contracted sales price of your property (5% if a co-broke is required).
